A big rig and a gray Honda Accord were involved in an accident on the westbound side of the 91 Freeway near Green River Road, around 9:59 am for an unknown reason.
There was no report as to whether anyone sustained injuries in the accident, but the incident remains under active investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
