“Motorcycle vs. Bicycle Accident”
Clovis, CALIFORNIA (July 25, 2017) – Three cyclists were involved in a motorcycle collision as they were riding on Auberry Road near Copper Avenue Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol. (map)
The incident occurred at approximately 6:00 P.m. The motorcyclist, later identified as Patrick Holmes, was traveling northbound on a Harley Davidson on Auberry Road when the motorcycle began to veer onto the pavement and collide into three cyclists, according CHP.
All three cyclists sustained major injuries and were transported to Community Regional Medical Center.
Holmes sustained minor injuries. He was treated and later detained on felony DUI.
