INDEPENDENCE, CALIFORNIA (January 7, 2017) – At least one person sustained serious injuries in a two car accident on Saturday on Highway 395, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 12:00 pm on Highway 395 near Black Rock Springs Road. A Dodge vehicle and a second car collided for unknown reasons.
At least one person was pinned inside the wreckage immediately after the accident, and had to be extricated. That party reportedly suffered severe injuries, and a second person sustained a broken arm. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
