Around 1:17pm, a silver Mini-Cooper collided with an unidentified dark blue vehicle in the Castro Valley area at the intersection of Grove Way and Tanglewood Drive. The party from the blue sedan is reportedly out of the vehicle and is laying on the ground. The collision is blocking the entire intersection and an ambulance has been dispatched.
