Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash with SUV on Southbound 405 Freeway
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 17, 2017 – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash with another vehicle on the southbound 405 Freeway, south of Getty Center Drive. The crash happened at about 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, January 14th.
According to the CHP, after the motorcycle and vehicle collided, the rider fell down in the lane of the highway. The SUV, possibly a Range Rover, ended up on the right side of the road.
An ambulance arrived on the scene to attend to injuries of any victims. The motorcyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to reports. Tow trucks were also present at the scene. The accident is still under investigation.
