The accident happened around 8:40 am on Los Osos Valley Road near Clark Valley Road. A silver Ford pickup truck and black Ford Ranger collided head on for unknown reasons, possibly as a result of a wrong way driver.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the accident, according to the report, and their current condition and that of others involved in the accident is unknown at this time. The accident remains under open investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
