“Major Injury Collision”
OREGON HOUSE, CA (May 2, 2017) – A woman sustained serious injuries after a car accident occurred at the intersection of Marysville Road and Rices Crossing, according to authorities. (map)
The accident occurred at approximately 8:00 p.m. when an unknown vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control at the intersection, veering off the roadway and down a hill.
A female occupant in one of the vehicles was ejected and consequently sustained major injuries. Fire and emergency crews were called to the scene of the crash to attend to the victim and clear the wreckage. It is not entirely clear whom else was injured.
The accident is still under investigation.
