PHELAN, CALIFORNIA (November 1, 2017) – A semi truck was involved in a fatal accident on State Route 138 on Wednesday, according to a local news source. (map)
The accident happened around 2:00 on State Route 138 near Rockview Road. A semi truck was involved in a collision with a large green van for an unknown reason. The van overturned as a result of the accident.
At least one person was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the accident. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
