PLACENTIA, CALIFORNIA (February 2, 2017) – Nicholas Scott Truex was killed in a tragic accident on Wednesday evening on Chapman Avenue, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 5:40 pm on Chapman Avenue near Placentia Avenue. A motorcyclist was heading eastbound on Chapman Avenue when he collided with a pickup truck that was trying to turn left onto Murray Street.

The motorcyclist, identified as Nicholas Scott Truex, was killed in the accident and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck suffered only minor injuries in the accident. The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
