TRACY, CALIFORNIA (April 19, 2017) – A big rig was involved in a collision on Interstate 205 on Wednesday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol report. (map)
The accident happened around 9:45 am on the westbound side of the 205 Freeway, near Mountain House Parkway. A green semi-truck and a small silver vehicle, possibly a Nissan Maxima, were involved in a collision for an unknown reason.
At least one person was injured in the accident, and an ambulance and paramedics responded to the scene. A party from the silver vehicle was reportedly banging things on the side of the big rig, yelling, and harassing the semi driver, but the exact circumstances of the accident are unknown. The accident remains under investigation.
