Monday, March 22, 2021. There are reports of a vehicle traveling across the bridge on special road 86 southbound of Twin Bridges, and entering the canal in the El Centro area. The vehicle was reportedly halfway submerged and a dive team was sent to extract the car. Family is on the scene and an ambulance has been dispatched.
