“Multi-Vehicle Fatality”
WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA (August 28, 2017) – – One person was killed in three vehicle accident Monday morning at San Juan Road, near Murphy Road, according to the California Highway Patrol. (map)
The male driver of a silver Honda, only identified as a male in his 30’s, was driving westbound on San Juan Road just east of Murphy Road in the wrong lane when he struck a white Ford truck driven by Humberto Gonzalez.
One other vehicle rear-ended one of the vehicles involved in the collision.
The driver of the Honda died at the scene.
Gonzalez suffered minor injuries and was transported to Natividad Medical Center for treatment.
